Position Overview

The Customer Experience (CX) Specialist is responsible for delivering high-quality support across phone, email, and chat channels. This role focuses on providing timely and accurate responses while managing daily and weekly responsibilities within internal systems.

This position requires strong attention to detail, responsiveness to both internal and external inquiries, and a commitment to proactive problem-solving and continuous improvement.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide customer support via phone, email, and chat
    • Phones are handled every other day; many calls are brief and routed to other teams
    • Approximately 50-60% phone support and 40-50% written communication
  • Maintain detailed, accurate records of customer interactions, including inquiries and resolutions
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance overall customer experience
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve workflows
  • Complete additional tasks and projects as assigned

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of customer service experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking ability
  • Comfortable learning and navigating multiple systems
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-motivated and able to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Experience with customer relationship management systems is a plus

Schedule & Work Environment

  • Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
  • Onsite for the first 1-2 months, then hybrid (3 days remote / 2 days onsite)
